Citi has been involved in the area surrounding Hagerstown, Maryland presenting the ABA's Safe Banking for Seniors Program - Identifying and Avoiding Scams. We developed an internally staffed speaker's bureau and after the Covid restrictions were lifted for outdoor gatherings, we began working with community organizations and senior living communities to present this program in a fun and engaging way. The program has been very succesful and continues to grow to reach vulnerable adults in the tri-state area. Our efforts in 2021 can be seen highlighted in the video linked below.
