Unlocking Homeownership: Empowering Communities Through Housing Education

The ability to afford a house is a major concern for communities across America. With rising mortgage rates and low inventory, the level has reached its lowest level since the Great Recession in 2007. The ABA Foundation is encouraging every bank to marshal available resources, talent and capabilities to help community members access sustainable homeownership. Our Unlocking Homeownership campaign equips banks of all sizes with resources and training to increase homeownership education and counseling.

Registration is free for all banks, regardless of your ABA membership status. Once you are registered, you will receive two emails. The first email will confirm that you are registered for the program. The second email, usually sent within 24 hours, will provide access to campaign materials, including newly added presentation modules and Spanish-translated resources.
