The Debt Collection Working Group provides an opportunity for ABA members to stay current on policy and compliance issues related to debt collection, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and helps inform ABA advocacy on the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection’s rulemaking for debt collection.
