Ralph has consulting and industry experience within Financial Services, including AML/BSA Program remediation, Fraud Controls, Commercial Credit Risk process and technology program building. Recent client success stories have focused on Global and International banking entities in the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) disciplines including program enhancement and independent 2nd and 3rd line testing. In addition, Ralph has helped clients with large-scale technology program enhancements including compliance system selection, implementation, and optimization. Finally, he helped to initiate the firm’s Compliance Outsourcing offering to help clients balance their financial crime staffing needs.

Corey Minard: Manager, Crowe

Corey is a Manager in Crowe’s Financial Services Financial Crime and Digital Security group with over seven years of experience leading the Financial Services Automation Team. Corey's primary focus is establishing and building relationships with clients in the Financial Services industry to implement and integrate automation within their day-to-day processes. His professional experience has focused on regulatory compliance consulting for the Financial Service Industry including traditional AML models (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, fraud detection) and emerging technology (machine learning) model validations.

Hannah Creagh: Senior Manager, Crowe

Hannah leads Crowe’s Financial Crime AML System Implementation offering within Crowe’s Financial Services Consulting practice. She specializes in assisting clients in the financial services industry with assessing and managing risks associated with financial crimes. Over the last few years, she has focused on providing Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act system implementation and optimization services to a variety of clients including Banks and Payment and Card companies ranging from mid-sized regional firms to large global institutions. Hannah serves as a senior project leader specializing in system implementation and optimization. During her tenure at Crowe, Hannah has assisted clients with implementing, tuning, and validating a wide breadth of AML vendor solutions, including NICE Actimize, Fortent, Prime, ECS, and GVS Patriot Officer.

Elena Sutton: Senior Manager, Crowe

Elena leads Crowe’s Financial Crime Analytics Consulting offering within Crowe’s Financial Services Consulting practice. She focuses on working with clients in the financial services industry to assess and mitigate regulatory risks. Her client experience includes a variety of institutions ranging from community banks to large global financial services providers that she has been assisting over the last few years. Elena specializes in Financial Crime system optimization, analytics, technology implementation, and project management.
