Exhibitor and Sponsor Benefits

It Pays to Exhibit at ABA Conferences!

ABA conferences give you an unsurpassed opportunity to reach bankers who have purchasing power. In fact, 86% of all show attendees represent a buying influence, and a majority of them visit the Exhibit Hall with a product or service purchase in mind.

We understand the importance of networking. For all ABA conferences and forums, exhibiting companies receive two complimentary full conference registrations, which allow you and your staff to attend all sessions and social functions with the bankers. Additional staff registrations are available at substantial discounts.

We design our conference schedules to promote interaction between bankers and exhibitors. At most of our events, refreshment breaks, receptions, and lunches take place in the Exhibit Hall, giving you maximum exposure. Plus, most exhibit hall hours are specifically scheduled to avoid conflict with other conference events so that you can have the bankers' full attention. .

Add Up the Benefits of Exhibiting

  • Face-to-face buyer contact that's much more costeffective than business sales calls
  • Ability to demonstrate large, complex products that can't be brought along on business appointments
  • A forum for discussion with bankers about emerging and critical banking issues, which can help you determine how these issues relate to their product needs
  • The chance to check out your competition, observe their products and demonstrations, pricing structures, and marketing practices. Get tips on other ways to promote yourself in this ever-changing field
  • Opportunities for media and press exposure
  • Availability of hospitality suites for entertaining your best current clients, and impressing new ones
  • Arrangements with ABA, and the conference hotel, to distribute materials to attending guests
  • Great venue for entering a new market or new territory for your products.

Sponsorship

This is a rewarding way to make your company stand out from the crowd. You'll have greater visibility than your competition, position yourself as a leader in the industry, and build brand awareness among conference attendees.

We'll make sure your name is out there early and often. Plus, you'll get all this added access to potential customers:

  • We'll promote your sponsorship in Advance Programs, marketing mailings, and Final Programs.
  • Sponsor logos are included in both the Advance Program and Final Program for the conference.
  • Sponsor logos and information are featured prominently on conference pages on aba.com.
  • Sponsors are recognized with a logo slide during a General Session.
  • Sponsor ribbons are provided for your on-site staff so that your contribution to the conference is very visible.
  • Sponsors of a specific event, such as a food function, have a forum for distributing company materials or giveaways.
  • Sponsors get special signage at the sponsored event for added name recognition and brand building.

We will work with you to tailor a customized sponsorship plan. Contact your conference's Show Manager for details.

ABA as Your Marketing Partner

Pre- and Post-Conference Support

ABA offers numerous ways to help you boost exhibit attendance, enhance name recognition, and improve the overall return on your investment.

Targeted Direct Mail

Research shows that a pre-show mailing increases traffic at your booth and leads to more business. It pays to send conference information and materials to your customers and prospects prior to the show. Conference participants very often tell us that they visited a particular supplier because of pre-show promotions they received. And after the show, maximize the return on your investment by mailing follow-up information to customers and prospects.

Publications

You can reach important prospects in all segments of the banking industry by advertising in our specialized periodicals, conference Final programs and online at aba.com. Ask your Show Manager for details.
