Ann Handley is the world’s first chief content officer, a partner at MarketingProfs and previously, co-founded ClickZ. Ann’s books have been translated into 19 languages and her fourth book will be published in 2026. She’s one of the most followed voices in marketing, with a combined social media audience of more than 1 million. Her commentary has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Inc., NPR and The New York Times.

Karen E. Partee, CFMP, EVP, CMO, Texas Bank and Trust

Karen Partee has excelled in developing new programs at Texas Bank and Trust — notably, the Cool Kids Savings Club, an award-winning financial literacy program, the T3 Tech Support Team which built awareness for the bank’s digital services and TBT Studios, the bank’s in-house production studio. Karen serves on the boards of both the ABA’s Bank Marketing School and CFMP and previously co-chaired the ABA Marketing Advisory Board. Karen was recognized with the inaugural Rising Star Award by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas in 2007.

 

Natalie Bartholomew, Community President, First Community Bank, Founder, The Girl Banker

Natalie Bartholomew is a 23+ year career banker who currently serves as community president of First Community Bank in Northwest Arkansas. Natalie has been recognized on several 40 under 40 lists and was named as a Power Woman in Banking by Arkansas Money and Politics in 2020 and 2022. Natalie is a faculty member and alumna of the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado, and is a past member of the Emerging Leaders Council of the Arkansas Bankers Association. She launched The Girl Banker platform in 2017 to create a voice for working moms and women in banking.
