Peer Exchange – Innovation Trends in Banking
Hear what major think tanks and experts deem the top innovation trends in banking, compared to what attendee survey results show as bankers’ innovation priorities. This will be followed by peer discussion among bankers about near-term priorities and innovation plans.

Technology Deep Dive – Automation

Automation is an innovation that banks of all sizes are exploring to streamline processes, reduce costs and, ultimately, have employees work on higher value items. During this session, we will discuss automation – what it is, automation techniques, where it is used and some of the solutions that are in market.

Peer Exchange – Solving Operational Challenges
Engage in table discussions with your peers on topics raised in the participant survey about operational challenges and possible remedies and best practices to address them. Topics will be assigned to tables to discuss with a time limit.

Innovation in Practice – Case Study and Best Practice Panel
Hear from bank colleagues who have made strides in innovation at their banks. Panelists will talk about their experience, including how they overcame challenges and worked collaboratively across the bank to get an idea through implementation.
