Curriculum | Compliance School - Intermediate

Course Catalog Advisory Board

The Intermediate Program provides compliance professionals at all levels of career experience with a practical approach to compliance regulation. The school puts you, your peers, and faculty experts in an interactive, collaborative environment - to maximize "hands-on" learning and move beyond the basics of individual regulations.

You'll apply compliance regulations to the day-to-day needs and demands of your job, focus on the most pressing issues and topics facing compliance professionals today, and be supplied with the tools, skills, and insights you need to make sounds decisions and take action. The curriculum includes practical applications in conducting a risk assessment, fair lending applications, compliance in loan servicing, identifying potential UDAAP exposures and identifying loans, investments and services that qualify for CRA performance consideration.

  • Deposit and Payments Compliance
  • Digital Compliance
  • Fair Lending Applications
  • Qualifying CD Loans, Service and Investments for CRA
  • Risk Assessment
  • UDAAP: Potential Exposures and Business Practices

Continuing Education Credits 

Continuing education credits are awarded based on their relevance to certification examination outlines. Credits may vary from year to year based on changing schedules. Visit ABA Certifications for more information about the CRCM designation, how to apply, and updated CRCM credits.

The ABA Intermediate Compliance School - 2021 has been approved for: 31 CRCM credits and 31 CPE credits (Field of Study-Regulatory Ethics).
