How We Pay and What it Means for the Future of Banking
New Study: How We Pay and What it Means for the Future of Banking
Aired: March 8, 2023
A discussion focused on some of the latest research into consumer payment preferences and trends and how these are likely to shape retail banking.
Questions we will address
How will the consumer embrace of digital payments, accelerated by the Covid pandemic, impact other payments methods?
What role does cash play in today’s economy and how do cash preferences impact physical banking channels?
What impacts will a rising rate environment have on payments?
How can banks prepare to operate in a “yes, and” payment environment where consumer demand for payment choice is perhaps the only constant?
Let data guide the conversation and uncover what consumers say about payments today and, more importantly, tomorrow. For banks, how consumers pay matters. A lot.
