Hill Visits | Washington Summit

RegisterView Program

State bankers associations—through the ABA State Association Alliance—coordinate Hill meetings for bankers attending from their state. They will share meeting details directly with registered bankers as schedules are confirmed. Most meetings will take place on Tuesday afternoon and may be held in Senate or House office buildings, the Capitol Visitor Center, or other nearby locations.

Because the House will not be in session during the Summit, House meetings will be staff level. These conversations remain highly valuable—House staff play a central role in shaping policy, drafting legislation, and advising members on banking issues.

Due to congressional schedules, not all offices may be available to meet with. Due to space limitations, some meetings may be limited to smaller groups of bankers.

Expect last minute changes. Times and locations can shift quickly on Capitol Hill, and occasional cancellations are normal. Staying flexible ensures the best possible engagement. If questions come up before or during the Summit, ABA and state association partners are here to assist.
