Updated COVID-19 Requirements

Our top priority is to provide a safe, enjoyable conference experience for our attendees. Prior to arrival on site on Amelia Island, all attendees must provide either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test. Instructions on how to provide proof of vaccination or negative PCR test will be shared with attendees closer to the start of the conference. Additionally, masks are strongly encouraged during all conference-related events. Local conditions vary, and ABA will adapt as needed—following local public health requirements to inform decisions and responding appropriately thereafter.

We recommend using the Jacksonville (JAX) airport, which is the closest major airport to the Omni Amelia Island. Rideshare options are limited on the Island, so you may consider renting your own car at JAX or prearranging another method of airport transportation. If you anticipate traveling on Amelia Island, we recommend organizing your transportation needs in advance.

We hope to see you at these special conference events, and don’t forget your badge!

Southern Soiree

Monday, January 31, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Sponsored by Aon, Marsh, Gallagher, Willis Towers Watson and EPIC, this event is not to be missed. Gather amongst the southern live oak trees in Canopy Park for the best Southern Hospitality around, including: modern BBQ and a DJ that may or may not be spinning from a vintage VW bus.

Late Night Bermuda Markets Beach Party

Tuesday, February 1, 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Kick off your shoes and join for the ultimate beach party. After a busy day of networking, join us for bonfires and s’mores on the beach  with cozy seating, blankets and a fire—all the while digging your toes into the sand. This unique beach experience is the perfect ending to your night and includes an “adult” coffee and hot chocolate bar.

Dining Onsite

In the main building of the resort, you’ll find a bar, Sunrise Café for breakfast, and Oceanside, a beachside restaurant with great views. Or, take a short walk or the shuttle to fine dining, casual dining and sports bar. Be sure to check out The Shops area of the resort, and keep your map handy for more onsite dining information and hours.

The Sunrise Café is taking reservations for breakfast and lunch. Reserve your table

If you are looking to leave the resort, be sure to pre-plan transportation to access some great spots within Amelia Island. Downtown Amelia Island offers plenty of additional restaurants and bars, too.
