CE Credits | ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference

How many ABA Professional Certification CE credits are available for the conference?

This year’s certification CE credits are as follows:

  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM): 15 CE credits
  • Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP): 8 CE credits
  • Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP): 17 CE credits

CAMS Credits

The 2022 ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference is eligible for 11 CAMS CE credits.

CPE Credits

The 2022 ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference is eligible for a maximum of 4.4 CPE credit for CPAs (Field of Study-Mgmt. Srvcs.) for participation in the live presentation of the following ten concurrent sessions:

  • 1E- Complex Customer Relationships
  • 2B- AML Act of 2020 – New Legal Frontiers in Whistleblowing
  • 2C- Implications of the National Priorities on SAR Reporting

  • 3D- Detecting and Disrupting Fraud in Elder and Vulnerable Populations
  • 4B- Human Trafficking:  Domestic and International Red Flags and Trends  
  • 4E- Tax Fraud Trends
  • 5A- Money Mule Threats and Detection
  • 5B- DEI and Financial Crimes: Continuing the Conversation – Part 2

PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for CPE credit, the attendee must view the session in real-time and follow the directions of the moderator when asked. 

American Bankers Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Virtual Meeting with Live Moderated Webinar sessions included:

The American Bar Association will seek 3.75 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states*, and 4.5 hours of CLE credit for the highlighted sessions of this program in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. Please visit the CLE program website for additional program details or visit www.americanbar.org/mcle for general information on CLE at the American Bar Association. Credit is not available for on-demand courses within the platform, though accredited on-demand courses may be available separately.

*Florida Bar regulators have stated that attorneys will not receive Florida credit for this program, even if they self-apply. Credit for select sessions delivered as live moderated webinar will not be available in IA, KS, OH, VA, and WV.

PLEASE NOTE: CLE credit for this conference is available on a per-session basis. To request credit for your participation (and obtain your Certificate of Completion), you will need to complete a CLE Affidavit. CLE Affidavits are available at the end of the entire conference, after we have verified your attendance. You will receive a personalized link to submit your CLE Affidavit via email within two business days of the last day of the conference.
