A Different Kind of Career: Undercover in the CIA

James Olson, former CIA Chief of Counterintelligence, will describe his undercover career in the CIA, including how he was recruited, the training he received, the risks he and his wife faced and the effect of this undercover lifestyle on their marriage and children. James will also discuss the role of the CIA in the current global war on terrorism and other current issues affecting the safety and security of American citizens. Finally, James will take you on an actual espionage operation he and his wife carried out in Moscow at the height of the Cold War. Time will be left for Q&A.

What does my guest registration fee cover?

  • The fee covers attendance to all conference events, including the guest brunch with speaker, events, activities and games in The Hub, the Big Game Tailgate Party, the Closing Reception and attendance at all sessions.  

Does my guest registration fee cover the guest tour?

  • Guests must register separately for the River Barge Tour & El Mercado (Price: $165).

What if I just want to attend some of the events?

  • You can purchase event or day passes at the registration desk. 

Can I come to the reception if I am not registered?

  • Due to new security measures, all attendees must be registered and wear their name badges AT ALL TIMES to be admitted to any of the events.
