TFNB Your Bank for Life currently partners with local non-profit, NeighborWorks Waco, in their home-buyer education workshops. These courses are free of charge to the community, and focus on Financial Freedom, Homebuyer Education, and Property Maintenance. Upon completion of the program’s prescribed requirements, TFNB Your Bank for Life gifts graduates with seed money for their down payment on a home.
