- New content for consumers on the latest threats, including avoiding government imposter scams and strategies to protect older adults and other vulnerable customers
2021 Older Americans Benchmarking Report
- Highlights the latest nationwide bank trends, from the ways banks train staff and educate communities to how they protect seniors from fraud
Financial Caregiving
- Developed 22 new materials for bankers to share about “Choosing an Executor,” “Understanding Powers of Attorney,” as well as a guide on “Financial Caregiving: Planning for Stages of Cognitive Decline.” Visit aba.com/Seniors to learn more

Remote Learning

Expanding Financial Services Access For Justice System-Involved Individuals

Junior Achievement
- Working collaboratively to help our nation’s youth build the financial knowledge they need
Department of Justice
- Joining forces to help take action against money mules as part of a larger initiative against money laundering
Bank On
- Promoting financial inclusion to unbanked communities through Bank On-certified accounts
Cybercrime Support Network
- Educating communities to combat scams targeting older Americans

Community Commitment Awards
- 106 entries from 36 states, highlighting efforts to improve local communities
Community Development
- Hosted a mainstage panel during ABA’s Annual Convention titled “Bank Partnerships Create Thriving Communities in Tampa”
American Housing Month
- Designed an infographic on “Homeownership in America” outlining current gaps in homeownership rates as well as barriers to owning a home that younger generations and communities of color face
Virtual Outreach
- 17 new Teach Children To Save resources to help continue community outreach efforts in an e-learning environment
Lights, Camera, Save!
- 17 banks hosted 133 local contests in 47 states to help promote creativity and teen financial know-how
- Over 20,000 votes cast for the national winner on Instagram, with over 200,000 story impressions
