As one of the leading custom construction lenders in the Pacific Northwest, 1st Security Bank had expanded its construction lending operation across 31 branches. Growth created a challenge: the bank’s draw process still relied on a rotating spreadsheet, manual updates, signatures, and disconnected communication. Contractors often needed to be at a desk to participate, inspection results did not automatically flow into the process, and draw turnaround could take as long as 10 business days.
