EverSafe is the first fraud prevention platform designed to protect the financial health of older adults and families against fraud, scams, and theft. Upon enrollment, each member’s historical data is analyzed to establish their baseline personal profile. We then monitor their financial transactions, across all linked accounts at corresponding institutions. Banking and securities transactions, investments, credit card activity, credit data, real estate records, and emails are analyzed for anomalies like changes in spending, irregular investments, the opening of new accounts, missing deposits, unpaid bills, property title changes, suspicious email communications, and more. Smart alerts are sent to members, as well as their designated Trusted Advocates, via email, text, phone, or the EverSafe app. Expert remediation and identity theft restoration is provided by our 24/7 U.S.-based customer care team. The EverSafe platform also provides a tool called HelpVul, which is a portal for banks to refer cases of adults who appear to be at-risk for financial exploitation to Adult Protective Services and state securities regulators, pursuant to state law.
