Ed Elfmann
Ed is the senior vice president of agricultural and rural banking policy for ABA. He works on behalf of the nearly 4,000 banks that have agricultural loans within their portfolio. He is responsible for setting and developing ABA policy in the agricultural and rural banking space and promoting those policies on Capitol Hill and at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Additionally, he provides support to the ABA Agricultural Bankers Conference and ABA Agricultural Bankers School. Prior to joining ABA, he was an agriculture and transportation policy advisor for a Congressman on the House Agriculture Committee. Additionally, he has worked for the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the National Corn Growers Association. Ed is a frequent speaker at state and national conferences for banking and agricul-tural organizations.
