Benchmark Community Bank Turns Data Into a Strategic Advantage with KlariVis

When Beth Beale joined Benchmark Community Bank as Chief Financial Officer in September 2023, improving access to accurate data became an immediate priority. Teams across finance, compliance, operations, and lending spent significant time compiling spreadsheets and reconciling information from disconnected systems. Management could act quickly, but visibility into the results of those decisions often lagged.

The Partnership

During her first week, Beale signed the bank’s agreement with KlariVis. The platform was designed to give bankers on-demand access to deposits, loans, trends, and performance information through a consistent source of truth. Implementation began in October, and the platform was fully rolled out and in daily use by January. KlariVis worked closely with the bank to validate data and help teams begin using insights before the full internal launch. The partnership also supported Benchmark through a February 2025 core conversion. Historical information in KlariVis helped the bank maintain reporting continuity and validate data after the conversion. When new core extracts were needed, the KlariVis team guided Beale through building 16 extracts during a single call.

The Impact

KlariVis changed both reporting and day-to-day decision-making at Benchmark. After her first quarter-end, Beale eliminated ten manually built custom reports from her team’s workload. Duplicate departmental reports were replaced by one shared data source. Leadership began building strategy using previous-day data instead of waiting for quarter-end reports. Lenders gained self-service access to portfolio performance, deposits, and movement trends without relying on finance or IT. The platform also gave the bank clearer visibility into its deposit story, including daily balance changes and product-level trends. That insight helps bankers identify opportunities and tailor customer conversations.

The Outcome

The partnership illustrates how reliable, accessible data can create capacity across a community bank. Using on-demand insights, Benchmark has been able to expand its margin almost 40 basis points by informing decision-making with real-time data. In addition, the team reduced manual work, maintained continuity through a major core conversion, and empowered employees to answer questions faster. The result is more time for strategy, execution, and customer relationships.

That’s the power of partnerships.
