UCCone was developed by a middle market commercial banker with more than 25 years of commercial underwriting, lending, and credit management experience. Frustrated by state UCC search limitations, with their lacking oversight and management tools, UCCone provides lenders with a defined analysis platform that improves underwriting due diligence and provides timely support for borrower and collateral monitoring.
