ABA, Texas Bankers Association Release New Ad Urging Rep. Monica De La Cruz to Keep Fighting for Small Businesses

WASHINGTON — The American Bankers Association and the Texas Bankers Association have released a new ad highlighting Rep. Monica De La Cruz’s support of policies that strengthen small businesses and drive economic growth and calling on her to continue those efforts.

“As a small business owner herself, Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz recognizes the essential role that small businesses play in powering economic growth and creating jobs,” said ABA President and CEO Rob Nichols. “She has championed policies that help banks provide more capital to support business investment and job creation, and we urge her to keep up the good work.”

“Congresswoman De La Cruz has fought hard to ensure that small businesses can continue to thrive in south Texas and across the country,” said Texas Bankers Association President and CEO Chris Furlow. “We encourage her to continue her efforts to lower taxes and expand access to capital so that small business owners can have an even greater impact on the communities they serve.”
