ABA, Texas Bankers Association Release New Ad Encouraging Sen. John Cornyn to Keep Fighting for a Strong Economy

WASHINGTON — The American Bankers Association and the Texas Bankers Association have released a new ad thanking Sen. John Cornyn for backing policies that encourage job creation and tax fairness and encouraging him to continue those efforts.

“Sen. Cornyn has been a champion for policies that create jobs, drive economic growth and make taxes lower and fairer for families, workers and seniors,” said ABA President and CEO Rob Nichols. “We appreciate his leadership and ask him to continue fighting on these important issues.”

“Texas businesses and families are stronger today thanks to Sen. Cornyn’s efforts,” said Texas Bankers Association President and CEO Chris Furlow. “We’re proud to partner with ABA to thank him for supporting policies that encourage business investment, ensure fairer tax rates and strengthen our economy.”
