The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco is an AAA-rated wholesale bank that delivers customized, low-cost financing to member financial institutions. Products include fixed and adjustable rate loans to 30 years; interest rate swaps, caps and floors; standby letters of credit; and community investment programs. The Bank also purchases mortgages from its members through its Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) program. The Bank serves and is owned by 341 financial institutions headquartered in Arizona, California and Nevada.
