Developments in Document Review for Corporate Trustees

Tuesday, April 16, 2019 • 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. ET

2.0 CCTS

There is nothing more important to corporate trustees than the trust documents by which we live in administering our accounts and fulfilling our responsibilities to our issuers and bondholders. As a result, corporate trustees cannot review the key document trends and language issues too many times. Our panel will examine the important key issues for document language facing the industry today.

Discussion Highlights:

  • New trends in document language impacting corporate trustees
  • Examples of needed protections that should be inserted in the trust documents
  • Key document language that can be problematic for corporate trustees
  • Best practices for reviewing and negotiating good document language
