ABA has contracted a room rate of $279/night plus applicable taxes for all reservations made through Monday, March 18, 2019. After that date, availability and pricing are subject to market rate.

Any reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival will incur one night's room and taxes.​​​




Airport Transportation

The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, approximately 20 minutes from the Fairmont. Airport transportation options include taxis (approximate fare: $35) and app-directly car services (fares vary).​

Many airlines now offer daily direct flights to Austin.​

Business casual is appropriate for all events and sessions.​


Average daily temperatures range from the low 60's °F in the evenings to the 80's in the daytime. Don't forget to check The Weather Channel before packing. Since meeting room temperatures tend to be cool, we suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater.
