Optional Pre-Conference Workshop

At the 2019 ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference, we will offer a full-day optional pre-conference workshop taking a deep look at fair and responsible lending. You will discover a tactical and integrated enterprise-wide approach to assessing and managing fair and responsible lending risk, and create a clearer picture of potential risks and gaps through a holistic approach in evaluating:

  • HMDA and other lending data
  • UDAAP concerns
  • Traditional fair lending challenges
  • Community reinvestment activities
  • Redlining concerns

Registration & Fees

Registration for the workshop is priced separately, and is in addition to the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference registration fee. The workshop fee includes a full-day of instruction, all workshop materials, continental breakfast and buffet luncheon.

Continuing Education Credits

The 2018 ABA Fair and Responsible Lending Workshop was approved for credits as listed below, and we expect the same number of credits for the 2019 workshop:

  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM): 7.25 CE credits
  • CPE Field of Study-Management Services: 7 CPE credits
