Optional Pre-Conference Workshop

In 2018, we took a deep look at fair and responsible lending in a full-day optional pre-conference workshop, presented at the ABA Regulatory Compliance Conference. We will be hosting an updated version in 2019, where you will discover a tactical and integrated enterprise-wide approach to assessing and managing fair and responsible lending risk. You will create a clearer picture of potential risks and gaps through a holistic approach in evaluating:

  • HMDA and other lending data
  • UDAAP concerns
  • Traditional fair lending challenges
  • Community reinvestment activities
  • Redlining concerns
