The school features both live and on-demand sessions that registered students can view beginning the first day. The first day of school is Monday, November 1.
Registered students will receive instructions to access ABA’s Learning Management System (LMS) before the first live session begins. Live sessions will be conducted via Zoom. All course material will be stored on the LMS.
Contact [email protected] and a member of the ABA team can provide you with one.
Just like an in-person school, registrations cannot be shared. The registration provides a single sign-on secure experience for the user.
Please refer to the school schedule for live session times. Please note all times are listed in Eastern Time.
Yes, breaks are built in throughout the day. The sessions will also include frequent Q&A audience polls, and other interactive features. Questions may be asked via the chat feature. They will be moderated and asked throughout the sessions.
While PowerPoint and supplemental materials from aba.com may be available to download on the LMS until December 31, 2021. Please note that no recordings/sessions of any kind that are accessed on the platform can be shared at time. This is a single sign-on/no group sharing of content, meaning your registration is just like a school badge at an in-person event.
No, the school is not eligible for CPE credits.
Levels 1 and 2 are not eligible for CE credits. The Advanced School has been approved for 26.25 CTFA credits.
CTFA certification holders will have CE credits added to their certification record on their behalf within three business days after the conclusion of the school.
Note: Please do not enter CE credits for this event into your certification record. Doing so will create a duplicate entry.
The Certified Financial Planners Board has granted 24 CFP credits for participation in this event.
Instructions to receive CFP credit will be emailed to registrants within three business days after the conclusion of the live event.
If you have not yet used training through the LMS, you will want to consult with:
Your registration login can be used on any piece of equipment, but you do have to use the email address that was provided when you registered. Make sure the person in charge of registering provides individual emails, so each student can sign in using the required single sign-on credentials.
The school is a sign sign-on experience and intended only for individuals. Each registration is just a single person, and the content cannot be exported out of the platform for a shared experience. Only registered attendees will be eligible for CE credits.
Zoom access is required for the most optimal school experience. If your company doesn’t allow access to Zoom, we encourage you to use a personal device such as a computer or tablet. You can listen to Zoom sessions over the phone, but it is our belief that the school will be most valuable to those that participate through Zoom via computer or tablet.
Look for an email about a week before the school begins with login credentials and instructions.
There will be opportunities to network and connect with students, faculty and the Wealth and Trust School Advisory Board members over the course of the school.
