Transfer and Cancellation Policy

For Facilitated Online Courses

Transfer and cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Before the class starts:

  • You may request a transfer to another session of the same class at no additional cost.
  • You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of the class fee.*

After the class starts:

  • You have two weeks from the class start date to transfer (allowed one time) to a different session for a $100 transfer fee. 
  • You may also cancel your registration within the first two weeks and receive a refund less a $100 fee.*
  • If you cancel after that you will be responsible for the entire registration fee.
  • CTFA and CRCM courses only: There are no transfers allowed for these courses. You have access to the course site and all materials until new materials are released each year (February for CTFA and August for CRCM). After that you must register again and pay a new registration fee.

*Please note that textbook refunds are processed separately. You will receive a separate email confirmation about your textbook purchase with refund and shipping information.
