Transfer and Cancellation Policy

For Facilitated Online Courses

Transfer and cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Before the Class Starts

  • You may request a transfer to another session of the same class at no additional cost.
  • You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of the class fee.*

After the Class Starts

  • You have two weeks from the class start date to transfer (allowed one time) to a different session for a $100 transfer fee. 
  • You may also cancel your registration within the first two weeks and receive a refund less a $100 fee.*
  • If you cancel after that you will be responsible for the entire registration fee.
  • Exam Online Prep Only
    • There are no transfers allowed for this course.
    • You have access to the exam prep portal and all materials for one year from the date of purchase. After that you must register again and pay a new registration fee.
    • Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within two business days of purchase for a full refund. After two business days and up to five business days, you may cancel your registration for a fee of $100. There are no cancellations after more than five business days from the purchase date.

*Please note that textbook refunds are processed separately. You will receive a separate email confirmation about your textbook purchase with refund and shipping information.
