As Built’s Value Realization Principal, Katie Wilson provides direct performance metrics, peer benchmarking, and risk assessments to Built’s lending customers, giving them valuable insights to help grow their business. Katie assists Built’s clients to increase ROI as it relates to optimized lending, reduced risk, and increased cash flow. Katie brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services, helping banks solve their most complex business risk, compliance, and financial problems related to loans. Before joining Built, Katie worked as Head of Product and Solutions at SS&C Evolv, a large public fintech company specializing in loan accounting and credit solutions.

Adam Bellingar: Senior Vice President, Peoples Bank

Adam Bellingar has been in banking since 2005. He has held positions that include Commercial Loan Officer, Senior Loan Review Officer, and Credit Administrator for community banks in the Pacific Northwest. His career has spanned some of the most difficult times in recent banking history including the global financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, he works as a Credit Administrator for Peoples Bank. Peoples Bank is a $3 billion privately held community focused financial institution in Washington State and headquartered in the city of Bellingham. At Peoples Bank, Adam has duties including loan approvals, construction management, and is a member of the Bank’s Senior Loan Committee. He holds a bachelors degree in finance and masters degree in business administration from Western Washington University. In his free time, Adam is a daily runner and an instructor in traditional martial arts.
