Our top priority is to provide a safe, enjoyable conference experience for our attendees. All attendees must provide either proof of vaccination, a negative PCR test or a negative proctored antigen test. Additionally, masks are recommended, but not required during all conference-related events.

ABA has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide an easy way to upload your vaccination status. After a quick one-time enrollment, you’ll follow the prompts within the app to comply with ABA’s COVID-19 protocols for attending the Regulatory Compliance Conference.

Instructions on how to comply with protocols are below. Scroll through each image to view each step.

Showing Proof of Vaccination

Step 1: If you’re a previous user of CLEAR Health Pass, use code EFATTENDEE219 for the Regulatory Compliance Conference. To input the code, click on “Your Pass” on the app's homepage. You’ll see the “have a code?” section. Click on that and enter it in.

New to CLEAR Health Pass? Download the app to get started. Select “I have been vaccinated” and hit the Continue button. Then, a list of entry requirements will appear.

Step 2: Create your account with CLEAR Health Pass by following the prompts. Be sure to enter the email address used to register for the Regulatory Compliance Conference and have your government issued ID ready.

If you already have the CLEAR Health Pass app, you will be prompted to take a photo to confirm your identity.

Step 3: Select “Know this before you go” and agree to the terms so that a green check box appears.

Step 4: Add your COVID-19 vaccination information. If you previously uploaded this information, this step will show as completed.

If you are entering it for the first time, follow the prompts to scan your vaccination card, and enter the required information. Once completed, the “Entry Requirements” list should have three green checks.

Step 5: Click “Open Health Pass.” If you see a green background, you are good to go.

When you arrive at the Regulatory Compliance Conference registration desk in Orlando, you can access your health pass from the app home screen by selecting “Your Pass.” Your photo and QR code will pop up once again. Don’t worry about the expiration countdown. It resets each time you show your code.
