Attending the Conference

There are two options to register…what does this mean?

  • Option 1:  The In Person + On-Demand option allows in-person attendance in Orlando, Fla., and provides online access to select sessions after the conference.
  • Option 2: The On-Demand Only option grants online access to select sessions on June 29.  We plan to open the on-demand platform several days following the in-person event and the on-demand only option will include several, but not all of the sessions offered at the in-person event.

Will any of the On-Demand sessions be live streamed during the conference?

No, these will be recorded only and made available within two weeks after the in-person event.

I am looking to book my travel arrangements, what times will the conference be starting and ending?

When making travel arrangements, please use this as a guide (subject to change): the conference will begin early on Tuesday, June 21st, and end around 12:00 or 12:30 pm on Friday, June 24th.

Will meals be provided during the day?

A continental breakfast will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Lunch is provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  No dinners are included, but we will have two light cocktail receptions. There will also be coffee breaks throughout the day in the marketplace.

Platform Access

When and how can I access the On-Demand content? (for all attendees)

On June 29, 2022 you will receive a link and instructions to log into the Cvent platform. You will log in with your first and last name and the email address you used to register for the conference. Once you’ve logged in, you will receive a verification code (for security purposes) via email. Once you enter this code, you will have access to the on-demand content.

What if I don't receive the link? (for all attendees)

Contact [email protected] and a member of the ABA team can assist you.

Can I share this link and code with others? (for all attendees)

Registrations cannot be shared. The registration link and code provide a single sign-on secure experience for the user.

How long will content be available on the virtual platform?

Content will be available until August 31, 2022. You will be able to view the recordings on the platform, but they will not be available for download.  However, you will be able to download the available PPTs directly from the platform. After the platform closes, we will be unable to provide PPTs to attendees.

CE Credit and ABA Certifications

CPE Credits: Is the conference eligible for CPE credit? If so, how many CPE credit and what is the process?

The program is being evaluated for CPE credit and it is expected that those attending the in-person event will be eligible to receive 17.4 CPE credits.

CPE credit will not be available to the On-Demand Only attendees.

CPE Certificate instructions are found in the “Thank You” email sent after the RCC concludes.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your request to receive a personalized CPE certificate.

American Bankers Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org

How many ABA Professional Certification CE credit are available for the conference?

Based on our preliminary evaluation of the program (subject to change) we expect the following credits:

  • Option 1: In Person & On-Demand – 20 CRCM credits*, 10 CERP credits, 5 CAFP credits
  • Option 2: On-Demand Only – 14 CRCM credits, 7 CERP credits, 3 CAFP credits

Note: The On-Demand Only option includes online access to select sessions only.

*This number of credits is awarded for attending the conference. Not all sessions will be recorded and available on-demand after the conference.

How will my ABA Professional Certification CE credit get applied?

ABA Certifications will automatically apply CE credits to your certification records:

  • Purchase before June 21 – applicable CE credit will be added to your certification record by July 1, 2022.
  • Purchase after June 21 – applicable CE credit will be added to your certification record within two weeks following the purchase.

Note for ABA Certifications: Do not enter CE credit for this event to your certification record. Doing so would create a duplicate entry.

Billing and Pricing

I want to attend in person but don’t think I need access to the on-demand content, can I separate that out of the In Person cost?

No, the cost of access to the on-demand content after conference is included in the price of the In-Person registration fee.

Can I register for single sessions or do I have to purchase the full event?

No, you must purchase the full event. Single sessions are not available for purchase nor do we offer 1-day only registrations.

COVID-19 Requirements

In response to the evolving nature of the pandemic and to offer additional flexibility to conference attendees, ABA will now accept proctored antigen covid tests dated within 48 hours of the event. Effective April 28, 2022, ABA is requiring all conference participants to provide ONE of the following:

  • Proof of vaccination

  • PCR test dated within 48 hours of the event

  • Proctored Antigen Covid test (e.g. BinaxNOW Ag Card Test, Ellume Test) dated within 48 hours of the event. Please note that Antigen tests cannot be self-administered and self-read. Only tests proctored or observed by a healthcare provider will be accepted. Test results must be reported by provider to the conference attendee in writing and shared with ABA staff upon arrival at the event. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about how to report your Antigen test results.

ABA events use the CLEAR Health Pass app to facilitate the reporting of vaccinations or negative PCR test results. More information on how to use the app will be shared as the event dates approach.

Additionally, masks are encouraged during all conference-related events but are optional. Local conditions vary, and ABA will adapt as needed—following local public health requirements to inform decisions and responding appropriately thereafter.
