What to Expect | Conference for Community Bankers

RegisterView Program

30+ Sessions

Get real viewpoints and actionable solutions that will benefit your bank’s bottom line. Choose from sessions focused on leadership, operations and finance, technology and innovation, CRE lending and payments. Delve into the issues that matter—like interest rates, long-term liquidity and funding, solving employee disengagement and more.

Meet one-on-one with leading core providers, view demos and learn more about the technology shaping the banking industry from the executives themselves.

Networking Lunches and Peer Exchanges

Networking Lunches
Take this opportunity to fuel up and catch up with your peers—while sharing insights with community bankers from across the country.

Peer Exchanges
Discuss industry issues, solutions and strategies during these facilitated sessions. Share what has and has not worked for your bank, and hear the same from your peers. Exchanges will be grouped by bank asset size and by role—CEO peer sessions and board members. Topics will include CRE lending, payments, leadership, technology and innovation.

Golf Outing

The Desert Springs Golf Club has delighted players of all levels for over 30 years. Challenge yourself on the Palms Course, known for strategically placed sand traps and multi-tiered greens. This 6,761-yard course, par 72 from the back tees, is located conveniently on site at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa.

Cost: $195

First-Time Attendee Reception
This event provides first time attendees with the opportunity to connect with each other and network with ABA staff and the CBC Committee. First-timers will receive tips on how to make the most of the conference and make new connections in the community banking network.

Opening Reception: Fire and Ice
Join us as we fuse the red desert sunset with a blue, glacial shine. This reception will feature live music, crackling flames, ice sculptures and food that represents the best of both elements. Meet new friends and greet old ones—all where fire meets ice.

Reception in the Marketplace: Winter Olympics
We’re bringing the fun of the Winter Olympics to our desert oasis. Together, we’ll support unity and excellence in sport, and in community banking. Join us for décor and food of Olympic proportions, and compete in games to win coveted prizes. Mingle with peers and exhibitors in our own Olympic village, and make memories to last a lifetime.
