CLEAR Health Pass | Conference for Community Bankers

View Program

Our top priority is to provide a safe, enjoyable conference experience for our attendees. All attendees must provide either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test. Additionally, masks are recommended, but not required during all conference-related events.

ABA has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide an easy way to upload your vaccination status or COVID-19 PCR test results. After a quick one-time enrollment, you’ll follow the prompts within the app to comply with ABA’s COVID-19 protocols for attending the Conference for Community Bankers.

Instructions on how to download the app and link your vaccination or test results are below. Scroll through each image to view each step.

Showing Proof of Vaccination

Step 1: If you’re a previous user of CLEAR Health Pass, use code EFATTENDEE27 for the Conference for Community Bankers. To input the code, click on “Your Pass” on the app's homepage.

New to CLEAR Health Pass? Download the app to get started. Select “I have been vaccinated” and hit the Continue button. Then, a list of entry requirements will appear.

Step 2: Create your account with CLEAR Health Pass by following the prompts. Be sure to enter the email address used to register for the Conference for Community Bankers and have your government issued ID ready.

If you already have the CLEAR Health Pass app, you will be prompted to take a photo to confirm your identity.

Step 3: Select “Know this before you go” and agree to the terms so that a green check box appears.

Step 4: Add your COVID-19 vaccination information. If you previously uploaded this information, this step will show as completed.

If you are entering it for the first time, follow the prompts to scan your vaccination card, and enter the required information. Once completed, the “Entry Requirements” list should have three green checks.

Step 5: Click “Open Health Pass.” If you see a green background, you are good to go.

When you arrive in Palm Desert, you can access your health pass from the app home screen by selecting “Your Pass.” Your photo and QR code will pop up once again.
