Sessions and Content

When and how can I access the virtual conference?

A few days before the conference, you will receive an invite link to the Cvent platform. Please log in with your first and last name, and the email address you used to register for the conference.

Once you’ve logged in, you will receive a verification code via email. Once you enter this code you will have access to the conference.

What if I don't receive the link?

Contact [email protected] and a member of the ABA team can assist you.

Can I share this link and verification code with others?

Just like an in-person meeting, registrations cannot be shared. The registration link and code provide a single sign-on secure experience for the user.

Will session materials (handouts or PPTs) be made available?

Session materials (if provided by the speaker) will be available via an attendees-only webpage. Access to the webpage is granted after registration is processed and will be available until November 30, 2021.

What will I experience in the Hub?

The Hub is your destination for industry-leading solutions and services. Talk to our corporate partners in one-on-one video meetings, listen to podcasts, watch product demos, celebrate the latest Brand Slam winners, and much more.

How long will content be available?

Content will be available on the platform through November 30, 2021.

Am I able or allowed to share downloadable conference content?

While PPT and supplement materials will be available to download until November 30, 2021, please note that no platform recordings/sessions of any kind that are accessed can be downloaded (or shared) at any time. This is a single sign-on/no group sharing of content, meaning your registration is just like a conference badge at an in-person event.

CE Credits and ABA Certifications

Is the conference eligible for CPE credits? If so, how many CPE credits and what is the process?

CPE credit is not offered for this event.

How many ABA Professional Certification CE credits are available for the conference?

14 CFMP CE credits are available for this year’s conference.

How will my ABA Professional Certification CE credits get applied?

The conference will provide the following ABA Professional Certification CE credits:

  • Purchase before September 27 – applicable CE credits will be added to your certification record by October 1, 2021.
  • Purchase after September 28 – applicable CE credits will be added to your certification record within two weeks following the purchase.

Note: Do not enter CE credit for this event to your certification record. Doing so would create a duplicate entry.

Event Platform

Do I have to watch the conference from the same device used to register? Our training manager typically handles all the sign-ups but will not be the one participating.

You can access the platform on any device but in order to login, you will need the email address you used to register as well as an access code that will be shared with you the day of the event.

Make sure the person in charge of registering provides individual emails so each attendee can sign in individually.

Does this have a single login where a group can attend together, or is it intended as an individual attendance?

The conference is a single sign-on experience and intended only for individuals. Each registration is just for a single person, and the content can't be exported out of the platform for a shared experience. Only registered attendees will be eligible for CE credits.

Billing and Pricing

Does the price include multiple attendees like a webinar setting?

The event is hosted on a single sign-on platform. It only allows one user to navigate through the platform and experience sessions, the exhibit hall and more. Each registrant must log in with a unique email address and code.
