Attending the Conference

There are two options to register…what does this mean?

  • Option 1:  The In-Person option allows in-person attendance in Denver, CO, and provides online access to select sessions up to 60 days after the conference ends. 
  • Option 2: The On-Demand Only option grants online access to select sessions through the conference mobile app. 

Will any of the on demand access sessions be live-streamed during the conference?

No, these will be recorded and made available in the app when the conference starts.

I am looking to book my travel arrangements. What time will the conference be starting and ending?

When making travel arrangements, please use this as a guide (subject to change): the conference will begin at 9:00 AM MST on Sunday, Sept. 11 and end around 12:30 PM MST on Tuesday, Sept. 13. 

Will meals be provided during the day?

A continental breakfast will be provided on Sunday, Sept. 11. A breakfast buffet will be provided through the Power Breakfast sessions on Monday, Sept. 12 and Tuesday, Sunday, Sept. 13.  Lunch will be provided on Monday, Sept. 12. No dinners are included, but we will have three light cocktail receptions on Sunday. Sept. 11 and Monday, Sept 12. There will also be coffee breaks throughout the day during Mingle in the Mega Marketplace on Monday, Sept. 12 and Tuesday, Sept. 13.

Platform Access 

When and how can I access the On-Demand content?

You will receive email with instructions on how to log into the mobile app. You will enter the password included in the instructions email, then log in with your first and last name and the email address you used to register for the conference. Once you’ve logged in, you will receive a 

What if I don't receive the link?

Contact [email protected] and a member of the ABA team can assist you.

Can I share this link and code with others?

Registrations cannot be shared. The registration link and code provide a single sign-on secure experience for each user. 

How long will content be available on the mobile app?

Content will be available until Nov. 30, 2022. You will be able to view the recordings on the app, but they will not be available for download.  After the app closes, we will be unable to provide materials to attendees.  

CE Credit and ABA Certifications

Is the conference eligible for CPE and/or ABA Certification CE Credits? If so, how many credits and what is the process?

  • The program is being evaluated for CPE credits. CPE credit will not be available to the on demand only attendees.
  • The program is eligible for CFMP CE Credits, but is currently being evaluated to determine the amount. Please note, the on demand option will receive less credits then in person attendance.

CE credit approval information will be made available on the conference website approximately 30 days prior to the program date.

American Bankers Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org 

Billing and Pricing

I want to attend in person but don’t think I need access to the on demand content. Can I separate that out from the In-Person cost?

No, the cost of access to the on-demand content after conference is included in the price of the In-Person registration fee.

Can I register for single sessions, or do I have to purchase the full event?

No, you must purchase the full event. Single sessions are not available for purchase nor do we offer 1-day-only registrations.

COVID-19 Requirements

In response to the evolving nature of the pandemic and to offer additional flexibility to conference attendees, ABA will now accept proctored antigen covid tests dated within 48 hours of the event. Effective April 28, 2022, ABA is requiring all conference participants to provide ONE of the following: 

  • Proof of vaccination


  • PCR test dated within 48 hours of the event


Proctored Antigen Covid test (e.g. BinaxNOW Ag Card Test, Ellume Test) dated within 48 hours of the event. Please note that Antigen tests cannot be self-administered and self-read. Only tests proctored or observed by a healthcare provider will be accepted. Test results must be reported by provider to the conference attendee in writing and shared with ABA staff upon arrival at the event. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about how to report your Antigen test results. 

ABA events use the CLEAR Health Pass app to facilitate the reporting of vaccinations or negative PCR test results. More information on how to use the app will be shared as the event dates approach. 

Additionally, masks are encouraged during all conference-related events but are optional. Local conditions vary, and ABA will adapt as needed—following local public health requirements to inform decisions and responding appropriately thereafter.
