New COVID-19 Requirements

The countdown is officially on to October’s Annual Convention. We are so excited to welcome you to this in-person event after almost two years.

Our top priority is to provide a safe, enjoyable conference experience for our members. To that end, we wanted to make you aware of several steps we will be taking this year to minimize risk and ensure the health and safety of conference attendees.

When you register, you will be asked to report your vaccination status. Prior to arrival on site in Tampa, attendees must provide proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test. While onsite in Tampa, Annual Convention attendees will be required to wear face coverings at all official Convention-related events. Instructions for reporting your negative test will be provided prior to the start of Annual Convention.
