Promontory Fulfillment Services (PFS) provides comprehensive mortgage fulfillment services to banks and other mortgage lenders throughout the United States. These services include mortgage call center (with loan officer staffing), loan set-up, processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing and capital markets functions. PFS also integrates an award-winning point-of-sale solution that enables banks to provide an enhanced digital experience to their customers.

Promontory Fulfillment Services (PFS) enables ABA banks to offer mortgages in a profitable, efficient, and customer-focused way. With access to a comprehensive set of mortgage origination and operations solutions, the bank determines its own product and loan pricing strategies. 

PFS’ solutions incorporate the following features:

  • Performs loan processing services for a full range of mortgage products—including conventional, jumbo, non-agency and HELOCs
  • Underwrites loans using client-provided business rules for products, pricing, policies, workflow and third-party integrations
  • Supports all distribution channels: correspondent, wholesale and retail
  • Processes and closes loans in the bank’s name
  • Performs compliance loan reviews incorporating all current federal and state specific regulations throughout the process and through post-closing
  • Delivers closed loans to the client or investor
  • Provides whole loan sales execution to agencies and investors if required by client
  • Keeps the client informed with timely, insightful and customizable reports for pipeline management
  • Includes an advanced point-of-sale (POS) platform, known as the Borrower Wallet™, that provides competitive, mobile-first, digital customer experience

All customer contact is done in the bank’s name. All loan underwriting, processing and closing services are done at the company’s fulfillment center in Danbury, Conn.
