Gremlin Social’s Brand Monitoring Platform Free for ABA Members

ABA’s bank members will receive complimentary access to Brand Guardian

​WASHINGTON — In the digital age, it’s important for all companies – including financial institutions – to pay close attention to their brand’s online presence. Members of the American Bankers Association can now do that for free through Gremlin Social’s new product, Brand Guardian.
 
With Brand Guardian, banks can monitor the web for mentions of their bank name, its products and other keywords on sites including news, blogs and social media. It helps avoid reputational risks by searching brand mentions, monitoring consumer sentiment, and documenting results. The platform allows banks to set up alerts and receive daily, weekly or monthly email notifications, filter results, monitor competition, archive and capture mentions, and export reports.
