BAFT Seeks Technology Providers for Solution Showcase Oct. 28

Deadline for entries is Sept. 30

WASHINGTON — BAFT, an international financial services association, is requesting submissions from technology providers in the supply chain space for its upcoming Solution Showcase. The Solution Showcase will be held during BAFT’s 26th Annual Conference on International Trade Oct. 28 in Chicago. The deadline for entries is Sept. 30.

The Solution Showcase was designed to give more than 200 trade professionals an opportunity to hear from providers in a single venue on solutions to a common industry problem, as identified by BAFT’s Global Trade Industry Council. Providers will pitch their solution – anywhere from its infancy stages to a completely developed solution - on how to identify a “real” receivable and perfect interest in that receivable.

By entering the Showcase, providers will have eight minutes to present their solution to conference attendees, which includes various regional and global trade industry heads. They will also be given a chance to highlight their company with a display table during the entire conference.

The winning solution will be voted on by a panel of trade experts and the provider will have an additional opportunity to showcase their solution at another BAFT conference of their choice – either the Europe Bank to Bank Forum in Madrid, Jan. 16 – 18, 2017 or the Global Annual Meeting – The Americas in Miami, April 30 – May 3, 2017.

Registration is $250 and the selected presenters will receive complimentary registration to the conference.
