ABA’s HSA Council Applauds House Passage of HSA Bills

By Kevin McKechnie, executive director of ABA’s HSA Council

“We applaud the House for passing a package of bills that will foster Health Savings Account modernization.  These bills will help working seniors keep their employer coverage longer and allow Americans to save more for their future healthcare needs – two critically important steps toward addressing HSA flexibility.

“We urge lawmakers in the Senate to quickly consider and pass these proposals so that more Americans will have access to both less expensive health insurance and more value-based care.”
