ABA Partners with Arkansas Bankers Association to Release Ad Supporting Rep. French Hill

 

​WASHINGTON — The American Bankers Association, in partnership with the Arkansas Bankers Association, released a new television ad today in support of Rep. French Hill (R-Ark.) and his bid for re-election in Arkansas’s 2nd congressional district.
 
“French Hill is a leader and a thoughtful policymaker, and we’re excited to join with Arkansas bankers to back him in this important race,” said ABA President and CEO Rob Nichols. “As a former banker, Rep. Hill has a strong understanding of the important role banks play in growing communities, businesses and the broader economy. Congress and the country benefit from his knowledge and experience.”
 
The ad highlights Rep. Hill’s leadership in passing commonsense regulatory reforms that will benefit communities in his district.
 
As part of its continued political engagement, ABA will identify both Democratic and Republican candidates that have a track record of supporting pro-growth policies that will allow America's banks to better serve their customers and communities.
 
“It hasn’t taken long for French Hill to emerge as one of Congress’ leading experts on financial services issues,” said Arkansas Bankers Association President and CEO Bill Holmes. “He has been a champion for Arkansas citizens and businesses, and we are pleased to partner with ABA in support of his re-election.”
