EEOC Releases Additional Q&As on Managing Employees Returning to the Workplace

As banks continue to re-open physical offices and return to normal business operations, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission published additional questions and answers on managing employees as they return to the workplace.

The Q&As provide clarity on a broad range of topics including, among other things: accommodating employees who may have family members at higher risk for contracting COVID-19; handling employee requests for alternative health screening methods; age discrimination with regard to coronavirus return to work policies; and handling requests for accommodation for a disability before returning to the workplace.
