Third Party Payment Processors Association (TPPPA)

The Third Party Payment Processors Association (TPPPA) is a not-for-profit industry association whose members are payment and payroll processors, money transmitters, banks involved in third-party payment processing and vendors that provide services to our members. The TPPPA advocates on behalf of its members with state and federal governments, and has created the TPPPA Compliance Management System which is a control framework representing industry best practices for payments processors and banks. Members that adopt the control framework have the opportunity to be certified by the TPPPA. Members participate in monthly web meetings to discuss regulatory and compliance concerns, and receive a wide variety of free compliance training.
