This peer-based group brings together bankers with an interest to discuss and better understand the issues and trends pertaining to the increasingly complex world of records management. Topics discussed include how to define, retain and store both print and electronic records, as well as how to create an effective classification system while dealing with new regulatory and technical challenges.

The Records Management Working Group covers the many areas impacting the managing of records at banks through various activities including:

  • Monthly conference calls
  • Annual face-to-face meetings
  • Group surveys
