Summary

Title XV contains provisions that address a wide range of topics from a study of the impact of the definitions of core deposit and brokered deposit, to funding for International Monetary Fund ("IMF") loans to heavily indebted countries, to requirements regarding corporate involvement with the conflict minerals trade. For banks, the provision likely to have the greatest eventual impact is the study on brokered deposits (see Paragraph 15.5.2, below).
