           13.2.    Proceeds from Sale of Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Obligations to be Deposited into Treasury's General Fund. Amounts received by the Treasury Secretary (i) from sale of obligations and securities of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks; and (ii) from certain fees paid by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac shall be placed in the Treasury's General Fund dedicated for the sole purpose of deficit reduction and may not be used as an offset for other spending increases or revenue reductions.
