Shelly is the senior vice president of retail, payments, marketing & lending for ABA’s Office of Member Engagement. She is responsible for managing the strategic direction of ABA training products, events and delivery channels in the retail, marketing, payments and lending space. Prior to ABA, Shelly held teller, customer service representative and financial services representative positions before transitioning to the marketing side of banking. For the past 14 years, she has worked on branding, marketing and retail at community banks. Shelly served as chief administrative officer at Bear State Bank. Shelly is passionate about improving the customer experience in banking. She holds a CFMP.
