he American Bankers Association (ABA) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (Bureau) proposal to rescind the mandatory underwriting provisions of the 2017 final rule governing Payday, Vehicle Title, and Certain High-Cost Installment Loans (Payday Rule).
