Fight phishing scams with this free, ready-made campaign from ABA kicking off in October.

Every day, thousands of people fall victim to fraudulent calls, emails and texts from scammers pretending to be from their bank. We want to change that.

The #BanksNeverAskThat national award-winning campaign is returning for its fourth year. We’re coming back with all-new videos, social media graphics, a refreshed website and more – including resources in Spanish, and a Spanish language website! And that’s not all – you spoke up, and we listened. In 2023, the fan-favorite quiz is back!

New to #BanksNeverAskThat? Registration is free for all banks whether you’re an ABA member or not. Registered banks get access to all campaign materials beginning in August, to get ready for the kickoff on October 2.

Since its initial launch in 2020, more than 2,400 banks from across the country have joined forces to make this campaign a huge success. Help us take #BanksNeverAskThat to the next level in 2023—and put scammers in their place.

How It Works

Step 1: Sign Up

Register your bank's participation, using your aba.com login and account information.

Step 2: Prepare

Download your free campaign materials, available mid-August. ABA will notify you when the toolkit is available.

Step 3: Launch

Join us on Monday, October 2, to kick off the campaign.
