The American Bankers Association and the American Bar Association will bring together the nation’s top financial crimes experts to address the latest issues in money laundering, fraud and cyber-enabled crime at the 34th annual ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference. The event, which will be held Dec. 5-7 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Md., is the industry’s longest running financial crimes conference and the only meeting hosted jointly by top banking and legal associations.
This year’s annual conference will feature a series of keynote addresses from top government officials, including Elizabeth Rosenberg, assistant secretary for terrorist financing and financial crimes, U.S. Department of Justice; Himamauli Das, acting FinCEN director, Department of Treasury; Marshall Miller, principal associate deputy attorney general, U.S. Department of Justice; and Timothy Langan, executive assistant director, criminal, cyber, response, and services branch, Federal Bureau of Investigation.
