ABA Key Initiatives

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Careers in Banking – ABA provides videos, job postings and suggestions to help you secure the best talent. We have also partnered with Hiring Our Heroes to help veterans find a career in banking.
  • ABA Core Platforms Committee – ABA and the Core Platforms Committee have identified bankers' top priorities for strengthening the bank-core relationships as data access, API deployment and contract fairness. The committee has developed some resources to advance those priorities.
  • Summit Technology Group – a company ABA invested in early – is offering ABA members free cloud desktops and resources to help banks address the operational challenges posed by the novel coronavirus. Click here to learn more.
